Brandon Hanacik is a consultant to the utility construction industry. He works primarily with gas/electric utilities, power generators, pipeline companies, and energy companies to support the planning, design, and constitution of capital assets. In addition, he frequently works with the service providers to these firms including overhead or pipeline contractors, industrial and mechanical contractors, engineering firms, and value-added material and equipment suppliers.  He is a recognized expert in application of technology drive performance improvement with a particular expertise in the development and implementation of cross-platform software solutions and integrations to better serve the client’s needs.

Typical projects include review and assess a client’s existing business processes to identify inefficiencies; new process design; and development and implementation of tools to reduce inefficiencies and operational friction – examples include building custom reporting and workflow tools, and coordinating a master schedule to ensure project success.

Brandon brings 15 years of experience in the construction industry.  Prior to joining Continuum Capital, he held the title of Manager of Information Systems for a $400M General Contractor and led the internal implementation and integration of various software products.  His past experience also includes responsibility driving process improvement, new hire training, and field project management leadership of projects up to $20 million in size where coordination among subcontractors, owners, and design or construction team members was critical to the success of the job schedule and met financial goals.

Brandon is recognized as an expert through his receipt of an American Subcontractors Association’s (ASA) award for the Safest Project Team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, certification as an AGC Project Manager, member of The Associated General Contractors of America, and participant in TEXO, The Construction Association for North and East Texas.

Brandon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science.
